The One Minute Breathe Series
Breathing once per minute can powerfully calm the body and mind. It can also enhance intuition. Holding the breathe either in or out also has a stilling effect on the mind. The function of this series is to help students gradually build up the control and lung capacity for breathing once per minute.
The One Minute Breathe is done by inhaling for 20 seconds, holding the breathe for 20 sec. and exhaling for 20 sec. A drum pattern and bell is used for counting so you can concentrate on your breathing.
Exercise 1 is timed with a 21 sec. breathe (7 seconds per part) and each exercise gradually lengthens the breathe until eventually reaching Exercise 6: The One Minute Breathe.

The series consists of 6 tracks in high resolution audio [44.1k 24bit], each one 31 minutes long for an immersive experience. The tracks also contain a gong at 11 min. and 22 min. if a shorter practice time is preferred. A pdf of instructions is included with the download.
