My goal in every class is to give the student an experience. Remembering the 3 aspects of the human system: MIND, BODY, SPIRIT; the objective is always to unify these and direct people back to a state of harmony. A tuned instrument is an effective instrument.

Philip Cotter has trained extensively in Kundalini Yoga. Starting in 2010 with a 1 year KRI 220 hour teacher training course with Sada Sat Singh and Sada Sat Kaur. Both were students of Yogi Bhajan for a number of decades. This was when Philip discovered the real power and potency of mantra singing.
To further his studies Philip has also completed an additional 180 hours of training with 3 of the KRI Level 2 modules to date. In recent years Philip also taught Hatha and Vinyasa Flow full time while living in Morocco.
The variety of practice in Philips classes is a reflection of his own interest in the 3 main aspects of yoga; asana, breathwork and mantra. Including all three in every class feels like the most effective practice.
Philip is currently based in Dublin and has taught in a number of other countries including France, Portugal and Morocco.
